Our general fitness classes are for ANYONE looking to lose weight, build muscle, get in shape, get stronger, or just stay in shape. Come check out our Adult Fitness class! We are working to expand our general fitness classes and will be offering different types of classes in the near future.

FSQ "Adult Fitness" is a high intensity workout focusing on cardio and strength for the competitive "9-5 Weekend Warriors" looking for an alternative to that dreaded hour on the treadmill. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, get stronger, or simply stay in shape, this class is for you! FSQ will also be offering other fitness classes soon!
