The FSQ Staff combines for over 30 years of experience in Sports Performance at the youth, high school, collegiate, and professional level! 
Tim Cortazzo
Owner
 
  • BS Physical Education/Masters in Education

  • Undergraduate and Graduate Study in Exercise Science, Anatomy/Physiology, Biomechanics, and Kinesiology.

  • 30 years of coaching high school sports.

  • 27 years as Strength and Conditioning Coach at the varsity high school level.

  • Developed Strength and Conditioning Programs for area high schools.

  • Has trained World Class, Professional, College, High School, and Youth League Athletes.

  • Inducted Member of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame.

  • 2014 – Strength and Conditioning Intern at The Ohio State University working with the National Champion Buckeye Football Team. Worked under Head Coach, Urban Meyer and Assistant Athletic Director for Football Sports Performance, Mickey Marotti.

  • 2013 – Defensive Backs Coach – Indiana University of Pennsylvania

  • 2012 – Offensive Assistant – Indiana University of Pennsylvania

  • 2011 – Volunteer Wide Receivers Coach – Duquesne University

  • Division 1 Athlete – University of Toledo Rockets, 2007-2011

  • 2 Year Starter at Wide Receiver – 2010 Special Teams Player of the Year

  • Little Caesar’s Bowl 2010

  • ESPN Top 10 Plays for TD catch against rival Bowling Green

  • Has worked with or under some of the best Strength Coaches in the Country currently employed with the Los Angeles Rams, Cincinnati Bengals, The Ohio State University, Mississippi State University, University of Maryland, and Rutgers University to name a few.

Chris Rasky, MS, CSCS
Associate Director of Sports Performance

 

  • BS, Exercise Physiology – Minor, Health Sciences (WVU)

  • MS, Exercise Science with an emphasis in Neuromechanics at the University of Mississippi. Chris also worked with the Ole Miss Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning Staff.

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, National Strength and Conditioning Association

  • CPR, AED, First-Aid Certfied

  • Spent the Summer of 2014 in California working with UC Irvine’s Strength and Conditioning Staff.

  • Both Ole Miss and UC Irvine were represented at the 2014 College World Series.

  • Division 1 Athlete – West Virginia University Mountaineers, 2008-2013

  • 4-year Letterman and 6-time Academic All-Big East Selection

  • Played integral part in helping WVU reach the Big East Tournament twice and the Big 12 Tournament.

  • Undergraduate Intern with WVU Strength and Conditioning Staff.
